Shipping
The shop is conveniently located next to a Fed Ex store and that basically guarantees that we’ll get your stuff out to you as quickly as possible. We don’t have to go dig through a warehouse to find your shoes, we just have to run in the back and grab em off the shelf.

-All orders placed before 4PM EST will be shipped out the same day.
-All orders will ship with Fed Ex

-We do not ship internationally

We gladly take phone orders on everything we stock in the shop. Give us a call anytime at (607)-273-0430 if you’d like to place an order over the phone or just to check on the availability of a specific product.

Returns
-Basically, we make it a policy here to try and avoid returns by not letting anyone out of the shop with something they don’t want. Since you’re reading this and may not have had the luxury of trying whatever it is your looking at on, we understand that sometimes stuff just doesn’t work. That being said, you also have probably had a pair of shoes or two before, and should probably know your size, especially if you ride a skateboard. If you still need a hand figuring out what size of something to grab, give the shop a call (607)-273-0430 or drop us a line at info@homegrownboardshop.com and we’d be happy to help you figure out what’s gonna work best for you. If everything still fails, check out the policies below.

-All returns must be made within 10 days of the receipt of goods.
-All returns are for store credit only.
-Buyer is responsible for return packaging and shipping.
-Product must be in the same condition as it was when we sent it out.

-We hate getting email that we don’t want as much as you do. We won’t be giving out your email address any time soon.
